I consider the last design to be really good design. This is a graphic design of a urinal that is meant to cut way down on the amount of water wasted in public bathrooms. I feel the design is good because it clearly connotes the message intended to be received. The message it is sending is that this simple urinal design can save it's user time by allowing them to relieve themselves and wash their hands in the same place while saving water all at the same time. It is a good design because it is as simplified as possible. It wouldn't cost much to make and would not only save water, but save money as well. Even though it is simplified, it boasts an attractive, functional form. The form is compact and eliminates the need to have separate sinks, which allows for more useable space in a public restroom.
